Folder with 45 plates showing embroidery stitches, front and back. Mostly greyscale, a few with colors. 5 pages showing applications. Plate numbers start with 36, because the Portfolio 1 contained the numbers 1 to 35.

K-JO001 Berlin woolwork pattern for tray or frame
Handpainted rectangular pattern in green and blue on a dark red background. Probably intended for a tray. Also suitable for a frame. Because the pattern is summetrical, only half of the chart is shown.
Image donated by ebay seller joan10605, charted by Sytske Wijnsma. Pattern from her grandmother’s needlework studio in Manhattan, LaMer’s Studio, from 1909-1967, where she taught needlework and did work for musea and famous customers.
