Softcover stapled quarterly publication, 20 pages not including cover. Dated 1923. The results of the Journal’s Fifth Needlework Contest are fully explained in this issue. A color chart of cross-stitch designs, baby and infant clothes, tatted and crocheted yokes, knitted mats, embroideries, a bedspread with a religious text, womans dresses in knitting and crochet, all with lovely illustrations and the occasional chart.

C-JM005 Heinrich Kuehn 4110 – Quart design with small flowers
Single sheet quarter circle floral pattern, handpainted on cream cardboard. Two nested circles of muddy green with a stem with small pink and red flowers. Other areas black background, multiple stems with blue, brown, and red flowers. Suitable for a round pillow cover or a table centerpiece. Only two of the prize medals are shown on the pattern instead of the usual four or five.
